At ULTRA STORE, we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction, therefore, we have listed out steps and procedures in relation to your shopping experience with us.

Orders

You may place an Order by following the instructions on the Website.

Orders will be deemed to have been received by ULTRA STORE Australia at the time ULTRA STORE Australia sends an Order confirmation to Your nominated e-mail address.

ULTRA STORE Australia is an online business and will primarily communicate with Customers via e-mail. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence.

In the event of a cancelled Order, funds paid in relation to that Order will be refunded in full. You will be provided with e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund (ULTRA STORE Australia may cancel Your Order at any time prior to dispatch of the Products).

ULTRA STORE Australia does not accept any responsibility for Orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections.

Return

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To Return, please email orders@ultrastore.com.au to apply for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), we will review and send you email for the instruction of return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@ultrastore.com.au.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@ultrastore.com.au.

Delivery and ownership of the goods

We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in delays. ULTRA STORE Australia does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.

ULTRA STORE Australia is not responsible for un-tracked mails, we strongly suggest customers to go with Secured Trackable Parcel Service.

The date of dispatch listed in the confirmation email is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by ULTRA STORE Australia and is subject to change without notice. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than one week, Customers will be notified by e-mail via the e-mail address nominated in their Order.

ULTRA STORE Australia is not responsible for the delivery time of Products. Once Products have been dispatched, it is the Customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by ULTRA STORE Australia (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. ULTRA STORE Australia shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
